My experience: I redeemed some credit from Delta airlines. Each time you redeem, you need to relogin. After a day, two of my four cards flat out disappeared. Trying to reach someone at the company is basically impossible. The emails they sent for original redemption just take you to login - do not provide any card info. So now I am missing two cards and getting a hold of anyone is impossible. myprepaidcenter.com is run by Black Hawk Networks and everything about the design of the site is meant to make it as difficult as possible to use the giftcards/credit you were given. Steps they take to obfuscate: - Make you login for each and every single transaction - Make you answer a captcha each time, sometimes 3 in a row - No way to speak to live person. Their phone system just runs you in loops of menus. - They send you an email that your card is ready - which does not provide the card number - but a link, that, you guessed it, makes you login again to see your cards. - The card images on the website do not show the number until you click a link to see the number. Below that, there is a link where you can save an image of the card. If you didn't click the button to show the card number - it will not appear in the image. Who needs an image of a blank card? I would suggest avoiding at all costs.
