Violation charges

They sent me transponders two years ago and I have taken 3+ lanes several times since then without any charges. They failed to inform me about switchable transponders needed for I15 and I revived charges and violation for taking 3 plus lane on I15. Obviously they failed to inform customers and expect them to know about every update on their website. Although it was an oversight and lack of communication on their part bit they have refused to waive the charges. I will try my luck with opening a case with I15 express lanes. Hopefully they will be more understanding. User's recommendation: File complaints with consumer affairs for extortion. Charging $20 to the customers in 3+ lanes is not fair and will discourage carpoolers.
