Ordered a ring and thought it was on multiple payment plan, it wasnt. It immediately took the total amount out of my checking. I asked to cancel the order and was told it was Cancelled completely. I asked 2 TIMES if it was completed and rudely told it was done! Well- it was never cancelled and a few days later I received the ring and my account was charged!!! I called AGAIN and was told there was NO RECORD OF OUR CALL and no record of it being cancelled!!! Bad business and awful Service!!!!! User's recommendation: Beware of customer service support!!
