Very unsatisfied with their customer service

customer service department needs some training, Very rude and uncaring. I have leased 3 cars from kia and this will be the last unless someone can help with the sales tax increase on my lease. 909-567-****. Lisa Smith. I had a supervisor hang uu up on me af User's recommendation: Understanding try to help me. instead of telling me that nobody will help and that is just what i have to pay. They said that there is nobody else that i can talk to and jackie laughed at me and said it wont change. wow.
