Very unprofessional! Poor communication-uses a Title Company in Colorado (?). Refuses to have seller sign document to return deposit. Shady...we've been waiting 2 months for a refund. Go with a major realtor with an established reputation and beware of them representing a seller (LLC) who won't negotiate or utilize an attorney. Mr. Francisco Sanchez is inexperienced and unethical!
