I got an appraisal on my car, which was a good trade price. Then I purchased a car from them, using my car as a trade. I was not satisfied with the car I purchased, so started the 7 day return policy process. I decided to buy locally, they said they'd pick up the car and would bring a check for my trade-in. When the driver arrived to get the return car, he had no check with him. We spent 1 hour trying to get some satisfaction and money for my car. First they said they would overnight a check. I didn't like that because we just had a snowstorm and there was no mail service for a week. Finally, I was told they would deposit a check directly into my bank account. I called to give them my account info, and they said "no we can't do that"! I was not happy. They also owed me money back from a deposit I made when I bought the car (that was returned). They said I'd have that money in 3 days. Furthermore, they said they would overnight the check, that was on a Thursday. Today is Monday, I called again to see what the status was on my money. They had not even mailed the check. They said they would process today, and it would go out tomorrow overnight. I asked about the deposit money. Now they say it will take 35 days. What is the deal with these people! There seems to be no communication from one team to the other. I don't trust them at all, and I would never recommend them to anyone. I'm telling everyone I know about my experience with carvana and suggesting they stay away from buying a car from them.
