I called Emerson customer service due to not knowing how to switch to an HDMI port from another one because mine was not working granted when I called I could not get it to work while I was on the phone with him I did it switch back to the other port to try and see if it would work and it did finally decide to start working I apologized to the customer service agents about wasting his time and instead of saying absolutely anything the man just hung up no I wouldn't care if he had sounded slightly irritated because yes that's technically a waste of his time but don't just hang up on me. User's recommendation: Dont call customer support and expect nice understanding people.
