The leather is pulling apart on the arms where it is nailed, the foam is coming out and the leather is wearing off. I was not told this chair is made of bonded leather, I was told it is leather. I was clearly sold an inferior product and my complaints have been denied and rejected. The Universal furniture rep said the condition of my chair is normal wear! I think a chair should last more than 15 months without coming apart. I expect more after paying $1,000+ on the chair. User's recommendation: Do not buy universal. Always ask about the leather.
