3/3/20 ordered grandchildren Easter gifts. End of March emailed Grandmas Gift Shop re delivery schedule. Informed label created not yet shipped. 3/28 informed order sent and given tracking number, which was bogus. 4/8 given new tracking (bogus)number. 4/11 contacted Canada office for help. Informed them I had been given tracking number 2x both different and bogus. China answered email said shipment lost and they are expediting new order and gave a 3rd phony tracking number. Easter came and went. I finally turned over to my credit card co. who took over dispute and got me a credit 7/3. My experience with this Shop leaves me feeling like I was scammed. I researched and found company based in Canada (I feel I it was only a post office box) and merchandise comes in from China (sometimes). User's recommendation: I would not recI would not recommend the aggravation for anyone. AVOID the disappointment.
