Very unhappy with customer service and their website

I booked a flight with them in May 2021. This flight now has been changed three times!!! Each time I can manage my account online, so I have to call them. Both times I have actually decided to wait, the 1 hour and 45 minutes, I felt that everything was taken care of. Mind you I have now wasted more than 3 1/2 hours of my time sitting on a phone! Just got another notice that my flight! changed!!!! again!Go User's recommendation: Never. Go to a different airline where you can actually access and manage your flight.
