It is near to impossible to return items from this company. I was trying to get something to wear to a wedding the product came to weeks late after the wedding was over, and then the fine print it says first return free so theres a charge for returning more than one thing. I keep trying and trying to call them and I cant get through it says the line is busy. Not to mention the quality of the project is far from acceptable. By American! User's recommendation: Don’t buy.
