Very unfair and fraudulent policy and practices

I sold my home and relocated from Washington DC appx one year ago. However, I am still being charged in January 2018 for monitoring services ($267.49). I have spoken to representatives by telephone several times and even written a letter (which is totally antiquated) to cancel services. The cancellation process is not customer friendly at all and is a great disservice. It's a travesty that I am unfairly being charged for services that I have not received. Moni is even applying late charges. I hope there is a class action suit soon because I will be joining with my charges.
