Had a phone interview with ms adduci from napa auto parts, this woman was very rude. because i could not remember what i was doing for a job in 1990 she said this job is very detailed and went on about me lying about my resume. them ask me to get my dates right and call back so when i pulled my resume and called her back she send a email and said i wasn't good for the company. the thing is when she first answered the phone i heard in her voice she didn't want anything to do with me. i told her my gaps was from raising children and now i was a empty nester looking for a new beginnings and she basically said that was not good enough. wish i would of recorded the conversation. thanks to her i will start recording my phone interviews and i will let them know i'm doing so.
