I contacted Amazon customer service since my package was delayed by a day. I was totally fine until today when the driver was one stop away and said I was next for delivery on the app. I still have not received my package and the customer service said there is nothing that can be done. Angie in leadership is very rude, unconcerned and lack of concern for customers!
