My experience with Shippingquest was awesome. It was totally opposite as what other reviews say. When I called in to get a quote for my shipment going to Switzerland, from packing to documents needed at the destination their team has been very knowledgeable and very patient with me. I've been always getting an update on what's happening on my shipment. I only spend less on my budget with them for having my goods ship out. Their logistics team has been very helpful to me in reference to the pickup and updates on my shipment. All information is on the contract I have agreed with. I read and understand all emails being sent so I have no problem at all. Customs in Switzerland was *** so crazy but Shippingquest have always been there to assist me even though they have no hold over customs t the destination, they still manage to look for alternative way on helping me get my goods cleared. I recently received my packages and when I opened it nothing lost nothings broken all are well. You will see that they are handled with care. Highly recommend for first time customer who plans to have an international shipment. Shippingquest is simply the best!
