VERY POOR TO NO SERVICE!!!!!

I bought 2 new phones and a mifi jetpack and can't use ANY OF THEM! They said they would work in our area and they DO NOT! So now I'm looking at a $1500 bill with 2 TOP OF THE LINE PHONES that are verizon network locked. Go me User's recommendation: Use Cspire if at all possible MO.
