Very poor service with customer care

Was on the phone trying to get through to customer care for 55 minutes and then to be told they did not know what to do with my query. Another department I wanted within the group has had their answer phone on for a week now, saying because of the latest lockdown restriction which does not make sense when the rest of us have gone back to work! User's recommendation: never.
