Very poor service- I suggest using others

Like others, I signed up for a 21 day subscription while I was shopping for a new truck. I was supposed to get 50 reports for that price. I ran 3 or 4 reports, then had to do some traveling for work, but 10 days later I tried to run more reports and my "subscription" was cancelled, I could not run new reports and I couldn't access the reports I had already run. I emailed them and after 2 days of no response I tried the chat feature (offline at 3pm CST) then emailed again, still no response. I'll try calling but I think we all know where this is leading. I'd suggest an option to others who paid for a subscription and didn't receive what you were promised. Call your credit card company and request a charge-back, stating you did not receive the service offered and so want your money refunded. The cc company will ask Autocheck to respond and, if they can't provide some proof, you'll get a refund. I can see no other way when the company does not respond to email inquiries.
