Very poor re accruing customer service

I put in a complaint back in May on the store in republic missouri because they give out Water for iced coffee and cold brew. I really dont feel like I need to tell that story again but the manager (josh) reached out to me in an email to say sorry and send me a meal card that he never sent and he never responded to my last email. I have absolutely had it with dunken and I will never go back there again. I could not tell you the last time I went to this store and was able to get a donut or breakfast. There are always down or out of something. Literally I am not exaggerating. They are extremely rude. User's recommendation: Go to Starbucks. They are consistent.
