Worst tree Ive ever owned. Had problems from day one. They replaced the top section within months of receiving it and it died again this year. When we called for assistance we were told we had the tree 4 years and got our moneys worth out of it. REALLY!!!!! After buying a tree priced at almost $1,000.00. What a joke and terrible customer service. DONT buy their trees. User's recommendation: Save your money, don’t buy their trees. The worst.
