Very Poor customer service – looking at changing vendors ASAP if I don’t hear back.

To much crap to go thru! Have had a bundle with this company since its origin, , , Everest, then SureWest, and now CCI. NOT satisfied at all! LOW speed on cable, TV sucks with it going out all the time, and internet goes out for email all the time! TIME TO SWITCH!!!! User's recommendation: NOT recommended at all! AVOID this company at all costs. . . It will cost you a bundle, , ,LITERALLY!
