They say not responsible! Original review posted by user Aug 26, 2019 I hired Best Home Services to install a new air conditioner inside and out. I have had bad experiences since. First, had to be called out the first evening as it stopped working, then has shut off breaker for the next 3 years. Once they said I needed a new compressor, wanted to charge me 1,295.00 to fix, all under 3 year warranty on parts and labor! I disagreed and they sent out another tech, this one said it didn’t need a ne. Which is it? Installed the wrong breaker for air handler, then denied it. Now, ac breaker shut off and won’ turn back on! Here are photos showing what their ac tech found wrong! First installers, pinched wires and now burned up the wires! Lucky my house didn’t catch fire!!!! See photos! New electrician that I hired also said poor installation pinched wires! Best home services wanted 795.00 to fix. What????? I won’t give them another penny of my money and hiring another company to fix! I can’t trust their company to do the right thing! This has been going on for years. Here’s pics of electrical wires they hooked up and burned. I have all invoices proving everything I have stated! I wouldn’ t ever trust this company!!!
