I had decided to do a trade-in on the Apple website to upgrade my device. My iPad was lightly used and had no issues with the outside, screen, or software. The first time they sent back my iPad insisting my trade-in was cancelled when it was not. They were unresponsive to Apple and myself trying to rectify the problem. My iPad was returned dirty. The second time I attempted to send my iPad to them, Instead of the $250.00 the Apple Website quoted, they stated my LCD screen was damaged when it was not. I had a picture showing there was no damage to the screen and had done a pixel test before sending it. They quoted me only $50.00. These people are sharks and will take advantage of you. User's recommendation: I would avoid doing any business with this company.
