Last summer, I purchased a condo. At the time, the seller listed at ~660K and Redifin's estimate was ~650K. Because the condo was located in a highly desired neighborhood, I bought it at ~700K. This summer, Redfin is estimating my condo at ~620K while Zillow's estinmate is ~730K. That's a ~110K difference between the two estimates. The reason I simply can not trust Redfin is that when I look at my condo's estimate history graph on Redfin, the last summer's estimate when I bought the property is now ~570K!!!! Manipulate much? Do not trust Redfin. I would not be surprised if they are getting sued.
