Very disappointed with customer service and product. Buyer Beware!

I purchased a watch for my husband for Christmas 2016. Admittedly it was a late order as I made the purchased early December but was assured that it would arrive in time for Christmas. It arrived a month late, in January 2017. In May 2017 the date no longer changed and so I took advice from allswishwatches against my better judgment, sending the watch back without insurance (big mistake). I sent the tracking information to them and waited 3 weeks. I then contacted them and they advised to give it a couple more weeks. I waited another month. They still did not receive the watch. We traced it to China but it was lost after that. My complaint was that I wouldn't have needed to send it back after only 4 months if it had been a quality product and I wouldn't have lost it if they had not advised not to insure it. I can't afford to replace the watch so I am now out of pocket. I had hopes that they may have agreed to a 50% discount on a replacement but they don't respond to either my phone calls or emails. Any help would be appreciated.
