I returned a package to their Utah office on 09/03/2020. It was received on 09/08/2020. I still have not received my refund. I was told it takes 4 weeks to process WHY??? They received the merchandise, now I want my money. It cost me $86.00 to send this package. I have called so many times and held for extremely long periods of time. No response to my emails either. Very poor customer service. I need an answer. User's recommendation: Be sure you will use this before you purchase it. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth.
