Very Disappointed and Lost all my contract payment

I had applied for my migration to New Zealand but after 3 months of follow up i lost all track and no response was received. I made several calls to the dubai office but was in vain. I even contacted their Adelaide office which was of no positive response. After several attempts i got in touch with their responsible staff who eventually said that i didn't achieve the points as the elapsed time was almost two years from the time i applied. At the time of my application i was assured that i will go through as i had an opportunity to work in similar field that i was in dubai. I lost all my money and no refund options provided. I expected little courtesy from such a firm to take the initiative to call and inform me which didn't happen in my case. Antony David djzobhaa@***.com djzobhaa@***.com
