I made an order from an online store, specifically from sportsdirect, everything is super until the courier arrives and delivers the package with the text - you will have another package that is currently missing. I asked how lost? How can you get lost? to which the courier replied, sometimes it happens, but so I do not worry everything will be fine. As a result, I receive two of the ordered 18 products. You need to get a big package, but as a result a small trash bag with 2 boxes. When asked when the second package will be, the courier will answer- at the end of the week... ok I'm waiting, next week is coming, the next end is already, the package is still not... Call DPD, there's a fairy tale, everything was received - you had one shipment to I contact the online store where I will buy... to the question why the courier knew that the package does not contain all the goodswhich was delivered in the package for contacting the online store. I contact sportsdirect, is the order really split into several shipments and are all items shipped? Sportsdirect is responsible for ensuring that the entire shipment is delivered to the courier in one package and shipment. DPD is not to blame, but I have neither goods nor money.
