I have tried to make an appointment for an oil change. No one ever picks up the phone in the service department. I left two different messages also went online and made an appointment. I never received a call back nor an appointment. This dealership was so much better when owned by Bones Toyota. Customer Service really stinks. User's recommendation: I would not recommend anyone to this dealership.
