Very disapointed on the time it takes to get parts to costumer

OK I ordered parts on Saturday, June 8 at 8:15 AM The parts were not in stock at store 8000**** told me that they were to arrive back to the store by 12. I return to the store at 4:50 PM their counter told me that there has been no parts delivered. I had the mechanic to wait for me all day and that was a waste and my time and his time. I think the driver should have double checked his invoice according to the amount of items invoice . The only choice that was given to me was to go to your location 40 minutes away. Very unacceptable and very disappointed
