Staff called prerna is very unprofessional, rude and provides bad customer service. She cancelled my appointment without my consent / messaging a day prior and argues for basic things like giving a clean gown to change. Men's slimming section in same branch is so flexible and customer centric if I raise the good service prerna replies rudely and asks for audit in there. Prerna doesnt provide clean gowns, cancels appointment wihtout consent, comes up with new rules on the fly to harass clients. Minus prerna, other staff is good but suffering in silence, hope vlcc managements takes some action to save the branch... Am saying as I have been client from 2016 but harassed by service after prerna joined.
