Very bad service and being lied to

have a lg journey about 8 months old and won't power off called tracphone and was told that i jhad to send them the phone before they will send me a replacement, i told them i can not because i needed a phone 24/7 and besides if i did i won't get the replacement at all i am at a dead end with tracphone because they won't send me a replacement first so if my phone catches fire i will sue them User's recommendation: STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOPUT LOSING TONS OF MONEY.
