Very bad customer service by O’Brien, Adrian

I purchased the dining set in November 2020 and was told to get the delivery at February. I got delivered the chairs and no table. Waited for the whole 2 weeks for the update by phone or email. Got nothing. I quickly stop by store to see what's going on they said oh its on back order until April and you call customer service. So I called customer service they say oh its back order until May. OMG. So I argued with O'Brien and Adrian ( both are the managers at customer service) to give me some options to either price match or give discount to compensate. They denied and left me with no option. So here Im waiting for dining set for 6 months. User's recommendation: Please do not buy anything if you don’t want to waste your time with the customer service.
