Very bad customer service BNP Paribas

And Mr. Alexandre Rousselet (alexandre.rousselet@***.com), when I mail him he is trying to close the account since May, 2018. Whereas LCL bank took just one or two days to close the account. BNP is still taking time and each month frais de commission, intervention is deducting. When I asked to close the account in May, 2018, I submitted with a recommande + I gave back my bank card too and returned to them. Still they are taking months to process .. hoping the account will be closed during this lifetime or not?? More importantly when I gave back my bank card and sent the recommande letter, the account was positive but now its -24 euros. So, who will compensate for that BNP Paribas? Or Mr. Alexandre Rousselet? Or the account will be open for lifetime and my balance before I die with frais de commission + intervention (for this shit) will become - 1 million euros of credit and frais? BNP Paribas though has lot of products and services, but their customer service is worst. Far worse than the cheapest bank LCL too. Customer service big 0!!!
