They are the reason why I’m not using a HomeAway anymore, after so many years. I had so many problems the minute they started to be in the middle. Thiefts, unprofessional disaster! I just got an email saying they will debit money for one reservation I had 8 month ago! I canceled this reservation because the traveler was concerned about it. So, I the traveler contacted me right away saying she got all refund back except $58 their cancellation fees. I helped her to get those back too. Now they are trying to get money from me I never received from the first place. I had one refund before, $15,000 they took it next day from me. The reason why I cancelled that trip was yapstone kept disapproving my new account for reason no one from their customer service could explain. I’m not sure why companies are hiring them, probably to loose business.
