Contacted the fitter who said they'd had quite a number of similar reported problems but they would post me replacements. These never arrived, despite several requests over a period of a month, but a helpful vertical blind company on Laughton Road in Dinnington happily supplied (better quality) replacements free of charge. I was also messed-around with original promised installation arrangement, despite advertised fitting within stated time limit. DON'T USE JAYNE'S CURTAINS, BLINDS & CARPETS OF ROTHERHAM!
