Update by user Aug 18, 2021 two bill cycles to update. ended up in collections. called verizon two hours. routed to recovery, told i need to pay 400 dolars or prove i did not owe that.I ASKED WHY SHE DID NOT JUST ASK VERIZON , SHE SAYS NOT ALLOWED TO TALK WITH THEM , SO I ASKED WHY I OWED BILL SHE COULD NOT TELL ME.
