On 7/25/17 I purchased venus treatments from Sono Bello. Before I had any treatments done I learned that my house was in foreclosure. (I've been going through a divorce for over a year and my ex-spouse-to-be had possession of our marital home.) For over two weeks I asked for a refund, because I need the refund to pay my back mortgage and to save my home. On 8/14/17 I was told that Sono Bello will not refund my money, and was told that it's their procedure not to issue refunds. They said I could apply for a credit. I cannot apply for a credit at this time, as my house is in forclosure, which means my credit score is already being affected. Because Sono Bello refuses to acknowledge there are human beings involved in this, and that I'm dealing with a situation that I did not cause, and they're merely relying on their "its our procedure" line I'm going to lose my home. Today I asked for the contact information (name, email address, phone #, mailing address ) of her supervisor and the president of the company. I will continue to fight for my home.
