Vendors changing communications and accontability

The vendors are unprepared to fix . 3 plumbers had to come out ... A electrician fixed a wire in the vent above stove .then the appliance guy told me ots old and no parts so fnhw will replace or give budget to upgrade....then went and did a report saying a fire was ther ??! Never a fire only excuses not to repair. ..can someone call me. User's recommendation: Use someone elae than fidelity.
