I have a 2019 Kia sorento and am trying to get an oil change . I would like to know why I have to wait over a month to get an appointment for a 30 minute job ??? This is absolutely ridiculous !! This is my 3rd Kia and with service this terrible, i need to reconsider another one. Fred Bean in Mechanicsburg Pa has a totally lousy service department with service appointments taking a month to get ! thank you for your time Dr J DeBernardis [protected]@email.com
