General manager (Marketing) Maruti suzuki india ltd. Sir/madam, I booked maruti ertiga car model-zdi in white, silky silver or granite grey Coloured on 15th april 2012 through m/s bhatiya & company 23-24-b - small Scale industries, area kota, rajasthan-07. The booking recipt no. Is 74734 In the name of narayan lal meena (Me). At the time of booking m/s. Bhatia Assured me to give the delivery of car within one month. (At the time of Booking the particular car/model was available on one month waiting). But i Have not received the vehicle till date. I have contacted with them many Times (Around 25-30 times) and even today they are not confirming the Delivery of the vehicle. Today when I again contacted them they asked me To buy vdi model which one is lower model than which one I have booked. Maruti is a great brand name for indian auto industry but I never thought That they will treat like this with me. It is requested that you may Please look into the matter and help me in providing the vehicle as early As possible. Waiting for a positive reply and action from your side.
