Normal oil changes from them. At some point they overtightened the oil fill cap and broke many pieces off if the threaded section. This caused engine damage by plugging up oil drain ports. It would have been nice to have been notified and valve cover removed to get the missing pieces! Same vehicle, changing the air filter, they lost the bolts and contained lugs holding the air box cover on. They just left the cover sitting on top of box with no fasteners except a thin bolt in one hole that had no nut.RUN AWAY User's recommendation: Run away from them and join lawsuit.
