Valve not working

2

Replaced thermocouple and still the pilot would not stay lit. After waiting on hold an hour with tech support having no once answer, I tried a different number (One Eight Hundred - Six Two One- Five Six Two Two) and pressed option four and then option one. Spoke to Dani in the Richmond warranty area and she confirmed it was an issue with the valve that they will be covering...glad to hear that because the heater is five years old. Sending a replacement valve in 2-4 days with no shipping. Had the option to expedite the shipping but wasn't needed in my case since I can manually relight the pilot a few times a day to keep the water hot. User's recommendation: Call the correct phone number.
