Worst Glass Place in history run from this place while you still can. They never process my insurance when you first purchase glasses they were supposed to contact my insurance on whether they would cover it, the consultant lied and never did, she made a copy of my insurance card but I assumed that she would do the right thing. Horrible I ended up spending $633 back in March and since then I have regretted it. This store is a nightmare and they will lie to your bank if you ask for a refund stating that I stated the glasses were fine which is not true. The glasses are never adjusted right either to loose falling off or to tight where you get headaches. Horrible Horrible. First 5 months I have dealt with loose glasses or very painful tight glasses no matter who readjust there horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place or go to Lenscrafters. Why won't they give me a refund? I hate these glasses there terrible. Complaining to corporate. The worst if the worst.
