Valentines card delivery and communication

Ordered card for valentines on 26th January it is now 19th February and still not arrived I have been told by customer services every day since 12th that it would take up to 2 days and sorry it's arrived - but still another week goes by and now NO communication no replies and all I've been offered is a return but in credit on my funky pigeon account Absolutely awful delivery service and communication or customer service
