Good afternoon My name is Abraham Negron. I live in Melborne Florida 32940. The reason for this email is to complain about Terminix service on June 9, 2021. I was scheduled for a termite inspection due to a VA refinancing of my house. The individual performing the inspection whos name is David Lamb told me that the VA termite inspection documents would be ready and emailed to me by the afternoon. Around 4:00 I called him and the call went directly to voicemail. This happened twice. The bottom line is that I have been with Terminix for more than five years. This actions of the Melbourne office and the mentioned individual are not acceptable.
