Utterly useless company
3 times I booked for pick up and 3 times been ignored. I now to do a 12 mile round trip to the post office (who I trust) to send them. Having just got over chemotherapy (hence pick up) is not going to be easy. These cowboys are only after money and do not care if the job is done or not. User's recommendation: stay well away from their pick ups !!!!!!
