Useless when i needed it

My history indicated motion in the middle of the night, but i could not view any videos. Turns out my credit card info had expired and the *** never told me that I had to renew the info. I still cant see that motion. Cust service in india or somewhere was no help at all. User's recommendation: Dont rely on them!
