Useless support

My sat nav has just stopped working for no apparent reason. I am a delivery driver out on the road so can't keep messaging you and none of the phone numbers work. Terrible support for such a popular brand don User's recommendation: Don't buy tomtom because there is no support once you have! Also office is only open 9 til 5 Mon to Friday.
