The Sony customer support bot is the most useless thing ever created. It talks you in circles and I had to lie to it in order to get a support ID so I could speak to a real human. They make it impossible to reset your account password, because for some godforsaken reason the password reset emails just DO NOT send whatsoever. It's been this way for years, and its extremely lazy to not just fix the damn issue.
